Elizabeth Drummond – Realtor, General Contractor

Elizabeth Drummond is a phenomenal real estate agent and an even better human being.
Elizabeth assisted us with the selling of our condo and the purchase of our new home. To say that we were stressed with two back to back closings, would be an understatement.
Elizabeth is patient and knowledgeable. She was always quick to respond to all questions and outline and explain all the confusing situations.
With Elizabeth’s knowledge and background in construction project management, that was an added bonus because she could instantly tell us how much it would cost to repair something post closing.
If you are looking for someone that is going to be helpful in the biggest decision of your life, I highly recommend Elizabeth as the person to join you in your home ownership journey.

Elizabeth and her team did an amazing job on the new build of a bathroom in our primary bedroom. Starting from scratch, the process of a new bathroom was very daunting, especially since we had to move windows and retrofit the bedroom. She talked us through the process and managed everything extremely well. I can be very particular about how I want things and Elizabeth was always willing to listen and adjust our plans throughout the process. It was also super helpful to have a woman contractor as she was able to think about usability from a female perspective! I’ve learned that home renovations are lengthy and dirty but I was so glad that we had a good team to work with!

I have referred Elizabeth to several of my friends. I always know she’s going to take great care of them- whether she’s helping them find a new house or building a new kitchen. Her experience with construction helps her be an invaluable real estate agent.

“Elizabeth is wonderful!
Elizabeth is our realtor and helped us purchase our first house. She is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She has been extremely responsive to our questions and has worked hard to help find the perfect house for us.
Her background with construction sets her apart from other realtors. With this background she has been able to provide insight on costs for potential repairs and upgrades.
She made the house buying process fun and less stressful. We are so glad a friend referred her to us. We highly recommend her and will be referring her to our friends/family!”

Frequently asked questions
- Yes! I work hard to develop relationships with awesome people across the Denver metro area that have specific skill sets that come in handy when renovating a home or buying a new place. Not every job needs me and I am always happy to connect you to who I think the right person will be. I am a problem solver and if you ever don’t know where to start call me!
- I love houses and I love people. I am a working mom of three and I have lived through doing an addition on my own home while living in it. Helping families through this process feels good and I do everything in my power to keep communication open and honest throughout the process.
- If anyone knew for sure they would be a millionaire. In 2025 experts think rates will come down between .25% and 1%.
- From 1971 to 2014 prices in Denver grew an average of 6% per year. From 2014 - 2022 average prices in Denver Real Estate increased 7.4% annually. The past two years have seen prices remain consistent. There is no expectation that costs are going to come down and most experts feel that when rates come down the pent up demand from people not making real estate moves is going to drive prices up. If you are ready to buy a home now is the time as there is more inventory on the market then in the past 10 years. Get the house you need now and when rates come down you can lock in a better rate.
- Of course. You are spending a lot of money and if multiple bids increase your comfort level then you should ask for a couple. Putting a bid together is a time intensive process and so I always advise that you don’t get more than three. One problem with construction bids is that there isn’t a consistent price strategy. You can get three bids for one job and get three different costs presented in three different ways. In the end I would ask myself who do I want to call on Saturday morning because I have a construction related problem? Who do I want to see day in and day out while the project is going on? Who is going to communicate with me about the need for a change order?
- Tomorrow. Just kidding. There are a lot of moving parts in construction and depending on the size of your project you might need to get Architects, Engineers and City permits. I try to keep good tabs on where my clients' projects are in terms of getting started and I am usually able to get going on things in a reasonable amount of time.
- Depends. But I run a tight business with low overhead costs and I team with other local small businesses that also have low overhead costs and so I generally come in with competitive pricing. If you book a consultation after our meeting I will send you past project summaries related to the project you want to do that include the total cost.
